President Central Electoral Board (JCE), Roberto Rosario, said that the institution will announce soon the whole truth with regard to marriages of foreigners in the country.
He referred to the request made by the president of the National Association of Hotels and Restaurants (Asonahores), Arturo Villanueva, foreigners who marry in their countries, calling irresponsible action of the president of the JCE, increasing more than 300 percent to marriages of foreigners in the country.
